We are being sued...again. This time, by Scott Fitzpatrick, the Operations Manager at Perdue’s Petaluma Poultry. DxE activists have held 2 protests outside his home, asking him to use his power to stop Petaluma Poultry’s abuse. He has filed a lawsuit in an effort to put a stop to these protests.
