UPDATE: At the start of today’s evidentiary hearing, Northumberland County DA Mike O’Donnell dropped the RICO charge against alleged mink liberators Celeste Legere & Cara Mitrano. A defense omnibus motion argued that all charges against the Northumberland 2 lack the evidence needed to go to trial.
