Even in ep12, after the confession of her lies, even after confronting Sadaharu, you could see the sadness in her face when she saw the notebook that Sakiko was holding dearly. Sakiko hadn't told her what that notebook was, but she had seen Tomori hold a similar one, and Hatsune is a clever girl.
