Yesterday was #worldschizophreniaday and I was out the whole day for an amazing suitwalk and delicious dinner afterwards. Diagnosed 5 years ago, days like this were not thinkable. The right mix of medication and support improved my life so much, I cannot put it into words. Forever grateful! ❤️
