Met with a Lady and her Friesian Gelding today to see if I could come care for him once a week for some cleaning, Groundwork and walks. Both were really nice, Horse was adorable and cuddly. We'll meet a few more times so she can teach me the basics of groundwork before I can visit him on my own. ❤️🐎

Got my walk for the day done before the weather gets any hotter. gonna be 27degree C today and I‘ll make iced tea and buy ingredients for spicy glass noodle salad ❤️

It finally clicked and I was able to get my schoolhorse to trot and keep him there. I was missing the contact and rythm before, but TODAY I finally understood. 😭👌 It feels so good when you coordinate everything just right and the trot is at a good pace. I get now why people enjoy this!!! AHHHH

Tried to get rid of my headache through migraine meds but it didn‘t help. With all the symptoms it might also „just“ be schizophrenia related but I don‘t have a psychiatrist anymore to help me out. If it is just stress induced, it might go away over the weekend.

Got the etchr watercolor brushes and so far I REALLY like them. They hold a low of water/colour and just draw really nicely. Also trying out the Arrtx hot press watercolour sketchbook which (like it as well!).

I know I‘m getting on every single nerve of my trainer but I refuse to „kick“ the school horse to get him to trot. And slowly but surely he‘s getting the hang of how I ask for a trot on him. I wonder if horses can memorize different riding styles between their riders.

Itsy unfortunately passed away this weekend. It looks like her new exoskeletion was only halfway done and then stopped forming, half of her abdomen was really black and the other half still light. Sleep well Itsy Bitsy❤️
