This is something I don’t really get. Huge and sustained difference in bDFS with FLAME when average D98 was 85/37 to DIL (curves start separating at 1y!). Bravo 👏🏻 But with PACE B where whole prostate (including DIL) had D98 of over 100Gy EQD2 but only small improvement (nss) Can anyone explain?

We saw the same trend in #PACE B (HR around 0.75 if I recall favouring #SBRT). Only time will tell if difference holds and becomes statistically significant.
