I get that SKCII isn't about results first, it's about developing players for the 1st team, but at some point results do matter. They've allowed 17 goals now in 5.5 games and scored 2.

I didn't expect much from this game (or this season to be honest), but I wanted to see improvement from #SportingKC, I wanted to see a response from the CO loss. I've not seen it the last 2 games, if anything it's been regression from SKC.

The Current lineup is like when I'd play Major League Baseball on the NES & played as the All Stars. You could pick players from any team, so I didn't care about anything but who had the most HRs. Not that it mattered a lot in that game, but that's what I think of seeing this 11.

I'll be curious to see the defensive play from the midfield. The "oops all 10s" midfield with LaBonta behind them is gonna have her working to cover a lot of ground defensively...

I was skeptical of Burns' hire when he came in b/c of his time in NE. But overall I thought he did well here in a not great situation. Him not only getting Pulido's contract off the boys, but getting Chivas to buy him, was a miracle & alone makes his hire successful. #SportingKC
