Beef rolled in seasoning. Will pan-sear, cook for 6-8mins, switch off the heat and leave covered in the pan for 50mins. Potato salad made with garlic, spring onions and grain mustard. Will make a lettuce, rocket, cucumber, tomato and myouga salad later. All the kids here for dinner later.
