❓ What does it mean to have children and be a scientist at the same time? How to reconcile an academic career with familiy planning? ➡️ These questions were adressed by the workshop "Parenthood in Science: Care, Careers, and Structural Inequality" that took place on June 30 at the FHI.

⚡ FHI researchers gained control over structural changes of a molecule using two synchronized infrared lasers. Thus, they could record the spectral fingerprints of the molecule’s two structural forms separately- what previously seemed impossible with a single laser. www.fhi.mpg.de/2261596/2026...
