As long as this administration is focusing on government waste how about we start at the top. If I have to budget, cut back, and do without, then so should Trump and his associates. I do not approve of my tax dollars being used for his personal gain.

I keep seeing legislators saying they are voting no on this or that but what can be done to stop the destruction of our nation? When are we storming the Capitol and is that even a thing we can do? Protests and boycotts are fine but things will be destroyed before we make a difference.

Is there a CURRENT list of companies to be boycotting that support this administration? We have been unsubscribing from services and choosing where to shop but feel like we are missing some.

Some people will try to dim your light, not because it’s too bright, but because it shines on the shadows they live in. Keep glowing. Keep pushing forward. The right people will never fear your fire—they’ll fuel it.

Being a historian, people ask me if I think the US is living through Germany 1933. I answer no, analogies are always imperfect but to me it feels more like Russia 1999: a blatant theft of state assets and liberals in a fugue state, refusing to believe the arc of progress is bending against them.
