We just dropped a big update! Not only has the entire website been rewritten from scratch (@diamonddude.excavate.top is an absolute maniac), card text now includes links to relevant searches. By clicking on the second link in A.I. Connect, you'll get every lv4 non-dark cyberse monster!

We're aware of the problems with the images. We're moving to a new CDN (and to webp images, so they will load faster!). Issue should fix itself in an hour or so.

Cards now have a "popularity" ranking which tracks how many times a card has been visited on Excavate. The five most popular cards at any given time will be displayed on the home page. www.excavate.top

The migration to the new CDN is done! Card images should load way faster than before now. CDNs sadly are not free, so if you can, consider supporting Excavate by joining the Patreon.

The multi-language support patch introduced a number of bugs to Excavate, which have been fixed in the latest version. My bad! Additionally, card legality has been updated to reflect the latest banlist. Changes are live already!

Excavate now has language support for English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French and German. The next thing on the roadmap is actually displaying the card names and card texts in the same language as the displayed image.

This is going to take a while (a full week being optimistic), but the next Excavate update will add support for Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese cards for names, text, pendulum effects and printings.

Excavate 1.1.2 has dropped! SUDA has added to the database. You can find the new cards with set:suda Additionally, fixed a small graphical bug where "banishment" wasn't getting bolded correctly.

I found a bug on Excavate today: While searching for "Number 4: Stealth Kragen", no results would come up. Turns out the tokenizer wasn't looking for cards whose name included "Number 4: Stealth Kragen", but for cards whose "Number 4" included "Stealth Kragen".

You can now open TCGPlayer to buy cards you found on Excavate directly from the web! This uses an affiliate link. If you're not using some other affiliate link and want to support Excavate while you buy cards you'd buy anyway, this is the way!

Do you play Edison Format? maybe Common Charity? Some other, more obscure Time Wizard format? The next Excavate update will let you get the correct image for your format of choice! No more guessing if Ryko targets, or if the effects happen sequentially or at the same time.

The next Excavate update focuses on UX more than functionality. Now you can click on a specific print and make sure it stays selected so you can download the exact image you want. As long as you haven't clicked any print, you'll still be able to change the image by hovering! I'll upload it _soon_.

Alternate art support just dropped! For cards with multiple artworks, a selector will appear below the card image. You can use this to filter printings with that artwork! Just press on "All artworks" to reset the filtering.

Excavate will be down for 10 minutes for upkeep. Be right back!

This will be ready for deployment really soon, although I want to work on making all the prints fit on screen. Now you can see every print image by hovering over the print on the list!
