"oh." eddie deflates somewhat, glancing to the window in the kitchen. the sun is barely up, its warmth finally spreading into the kitchen, and all he wants is to go outside and bask in it, but he also knows he can't just abandon demona to her thoughts. she wouldn't do it to him. "what if . . .+

he's already tearing into the box when demona speaks, and then he pauses, looking down at the blonde. he knows that she means well by what she's said, but he opts to ignore it completely, instead gently nudging her shoulder with his own. "why are you awake, d? go back to bed."

"huh? no, why?" as if that is such a normal thing, he flips several pages back in the notebook to the drawing from before, and though there is nothing big added, it is clearly finished, with a little more shading and detail . . . and a small shadow of eddie as a vampire in the bottom corner.
