I hate the news cycle banging on about how Labour andTories try to out do the other regarding the immigration myth. Labour should be deeply ashamed that it's being lead by the nose by the private co that is Reform. How have we let Farage be anything other than a sick and quickly forgettable joke?

Build more council owned homes, scrap the right to buy for any new house built, create mixed and vibrant communities by offering a tiered level so different income brackets live on the same estates. Offer a genuinely affordable rent system - with an option to those who want a mortgage / rent hybrid.

Grenfell - re-arm the enquiry, get it concluded properly and with no expense spared nor time wasted. Criminal charges for those responsible, show the families the State has got their back. Re the Tower, be solely guided by the families. Let them decide. If it remains as a memorial, so be it.

‘Journalist’ I’ve known for ages had a fall out with the BBC over contracts and joined GB News. I was pretty shocked - assumed they were fairly clued up - and the cobblers awls they expressed to defend their decision was unreal. We have to fight this insidious slippage rightwards with all we’ve got.

As well as feeling a natural loathing towards these idiot Nazis, they are so deranged and stupid it’s hard not to feel absolute ridicule and even pity at how obsessed the likes of Millwall Paul are with this strange, obsession with an evil fantasy. What a waste of the precious, limited days we have.

Just read the phrase The Nerd Reich. I know it’s a seriously unfunny world outside but the fact is they deserve our ridicule aswell as pity (after we’ve worked through our anger stage at their evil and/or stupidity). The Nerd Reich - think it’s a US politico newsletter? Is it as good as it’s name?

If Labour want to meet ‘the threat of Reform’, why don’t they do the obvious thing (based on facts proven throughout history) Namely invest properly in public services, housing, education and employment - the things that make society work.
