I think that with how uncertain things are right now for the arts, it's especially frustrating when given the advice from artist to artist that in order to survive, you have to do more, and that it's seemingly at the point where whatever more we have to do, it's never actually enough.

Week 2 of using a pool noodle along my spine Ive hated doing dishes since literally for ever bc it hurts my midback so bad it locks up and doing 1 load usually i have to have a hour or so refractory, 2 loads and im hurting the next day

Honestly the number one thing I can recommend to people who want to be illustrators/designers/ect is to get REALLY good at managing your money. Save everything you can. You may have months where you’re tearing your hair out bc of too much work and you will 100% have months with no work at all.
