Huh, I found out why I couldn't find the pieces I needed for my Star Destroyer. I have been using the instructions I found online for set #6211. I decided to look at my physical copy of the instructions, and they are different! No wonder I couldn't find any white 10x1 plates!!

Here I am trying to find the starting pieces to my Death Star II for the last 10 minutes, only to suddenly realize I only have the parts for my Imperial Star Destroyer. Go me! I might be sleepy.

Had a tech come out today to try to fix the ongoing internet connection issues we've been having. Tech fixes some stuff outside, and less than 15 minutes after he leaves, we are still getting drops. I'm so tired of this... (And of course, just as I was typing this up, it dropped again)

Thought I was missing a piece, but it turns out I had used a similar (but lighter grey) piece earlier. Thankfully, it was super easy to swap out!

Phase 1 of the Aston Martin is complete! It is intricate as fuck, but I can see how everything is going to be built around it for the mechanical parts!

Work has been mentally exhausting, and two days off just never seems like enough. I miss working four 10-hour shifts. Then I sleep until 10 am or so, and then I feel I wasted the time before work. I am very thankful that I work from home, but interacting with people all day is extremely draining!
