12 months on. The garage conversion is the best investment we’ve made in the house. It’s great to have a standalone office so we can ‘go to work’ rather than sit at the dining table. Having a good sized storage / utility room as well makes a massive difference.

Sunday hill session with wind and rain for extra fun 👀 - 10 minute warm up, - 3, 5, 3, 5, 3 minute hilly sections with 2 minute recovery, - 10 minute cool down. Hill reps are horrible at the time, but benefit long-term 🤞🏻 3 months to Bath Half, 5 months to Edinburgh Marathon.

Tickets booked for Truro City vs Yeovil Town on Boxing Day. I reckon it will be my first Boxing Day match since watching West Brom draw 0-0 at Plymouth under Ossie Ardiles in 92/93 season. 0-0 in the Ardiles' season was a rarity!
