Week 7/Day 2 #CouchTo5K. First time I did back-to-back run days. I was too sore from our hike to run on Monday, so I ran Tuesday instead. Felt good this morning so in decided to get back on schedule (M/W/F) and run today instead of Thursday. Was a tough run. Deer count: 0 😕
