Hey, new followers. Sorry about the spiraling. If you’re here for Explorers Eternal, don’t worry! I’m still working on Chapter 10. I crossed 2k words last night, and am transitioning into the meat of the chapter’s content now. Once Ch 10 is gone, you’ll see some more movement in the story.

I really hope this recovery spiral thing is going upwards and not downwards. I regressed again today. Got caught up in feelings and memories again. Two and a half months, and it still feels so fresh. I’m lucky to have friends willing to spend time with me. It’s both humbling and enlightening.

That’s something I wasn’t prepared for. The guilt. Self-loathing. I want to let him go because that’s what he wants. I love him enough to let go but it still hurts no matter what and I don’t know what to do with these leftover feelings now So they get bottled up and turned into something else

It’s not like I’m expecting myself to get over two years of emotion in just two months but the fact that it’s been that long already really makes it sting even worse I don’t know if I’m actually healing. We would’ve been celebrating pride together, wouldn’t we…? I feel wrong for missing that.

I think I need to talk about my breakup with someone again, but… I’d just talk to the same person again? Fish for their pity and attention again? It’s not like I haven’t talked about it with people I trust but it’s not like there’s anything new. Not that I want something to develop, just… Ugh.
