Having an NDP government means standing up for what’s right. We saw in BC legislation from opposition MLAs that would ban the use of 2SLGBTQIA+ flags in public. I am glad that with our BC NDP government that bill was defeated. It means a government that pushes back against the pipeline threat.

I am heartbroken for Hong Kong. 💔 I lived there for 10 years growing up, and one of my most enduring memories is of nonstop construction of high rises and the bamboo scaffolding. As others have pointed out, the bamboo isn’t the issue. Praying for all who are affected and those unaccounted for 😢
