Halfway through the second day at the MCG for this Test. Boxing Day was crazy, and today is the same! This is the maddest game of cricket I've ever seen.

After six of the most crazily busy work days I've ever had (panto season in a theatre will do that!), I'm now on leave for three weeks. Second summer of campervans, cricket and scuba diving starts tomorrow (or Thursday, sort of ✈️). Gonna be off here too, give my head some space. See you next year!

Enjoyed the new Knives Out a lot. A fun bit of mystery, and a much more interesting approach to the social commentary side than Glass Onion had. Other approaches would have pushed it loud, but the nuance makes it a much better character story.

Liverpool all day has just turned into one massive gridlock and I stg if this season doesn't get somebody to have a huge much-needed rethink of our entire transport system, I don't know what will.

My take on the Salah thing is that between the England cricket team collapsing days before I fly to see them, Eurovision collapsing into an indefensible shadow of its values, and Liverpool in general being shit, I have no more room for discourse around hobbies which are *supposed* to be fun.
