Hey poets/editors...what are your experiences with publishing poems that reference song lyrics? Do you need a release to use it or publish it in a book? Even if the singer is referenced in the epigraph?

Thanks to Humana Obscura for the Pushcart nomination! This poem went through so many revisions before finally getting accepted and look at her now! She’s my “little engine that could.” 😊
