His enthusiasm and knowledge regarding aspect rations and formats were infectious, making the very act of seeing his movie seem thrilling.

Leigh Brackett was one hell of a great Sci-Fi and Noir author. Leigh wrote the original script for The Empire Strikes Back. She wrote three of Howard Hawks’ toughest Westerns and co-wrote two of the best Raymond Chandler movies ever made. She was also Ray Bradbury’s best friend.
