Finally watched "Requiem for a Dream." I've intentionally avoided watching it due to the harrowing and depressing subject matter (real life is bad enough). Excellent acting, haunting soundtrack, and a disturbing story. But I honestly thought it would be more tragic than it was. 8/10

Just watched "Promising Young Woman." Dang. Didn't expect that ending, but it fit with the theme of the show. She was definitely committed to her cause. Mulligan does an amazing job, it's no wonder she was nominated for an Oscar. Definitely a dark comedy about a very serious subject. 8.5/10

This weekend's classic movie that I've never watched was "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" from 1978. The acting was great but I felt a little underwhelmed by the story. It was slow at times, but made up for it in the last half. I still love the cinematography of 1970s movies made on real film. 7/10
