What a difference a week makes. Last Tues, Mr Q had been on a drip all day, came home for the night with a cannula still in ready for another drip Wed morning and couldn't eat or drink. Tonight he's been back at his usual obedience class with his daddy. ❤️

Yesterday, I decided what medication I'm going to try first for my MS. So now we just wait for that all to be arranged. Very anxious about it all and how I might react to it, but that's totally normal anxiety, I think. Trying to get lots done before I start the meds in case it knocks me for six.

I don't cook much at the moment due to my fatigue so husband usually handles dinner, but tonight I batch cooked some Mexican. Except when I went to chuck half a bag of frozen onions in with the meat, what I actually threw it was half a pack of frozen sweet potato. 🤦‍♀️

These two both got a new squeaky toy today after being so brave at their respective vets/hospital appointments all week. 💕

Just ordering my usual Sunday night shopping and I seem to have forgotten every meal that ever exists. What do I want to eat for the next week?

Two games left of the season and I can hardly bear to look. Crawley are away at Accrington (16th) today and we must come away with all three points, especially as next week our last game is against Salford (3rd). Bit reliant on other teams getting poor results too. V v squeaky bum time.

H went to see a new specialist yesterday. He was exceptionally well behaved and I was really proud of him. He is perhaps more ill than we thought he was, unfortunately. We have a few next steps so hopefully he responds well to the first one and won't need more. Please keep him in your thoughts. ❤️

Mr Q is home and has kept down some fluids for the first time since Sunday! Hopefully he's properly on the mend now. Tomorrow, Mr H goes to see his new specialist to see if he's going to need a big op. Please keep thinking of my little guys, I love them so much. ❤️

Mr Quincy came home last night, with his cannula still in and he is going back for readmittance at the vet this morning. I do not have a lot of capacity for social media or comments at the moment, but I really do appreciate all the nice words and kind thoughts that have been sent our way.

Thank you all for the well wishes for our little man. Unfortunately, while I was at a hospital appointment, husband has had to take Mr Q back to the vets and he has been admitted. Please keep us in your thoughts ❤️

Turns out that if you have a bad bout of a bug and a terrifying, unexpected major health diagnosis while you're trying to buy a house and keep day to day life afloat, you'll knock yourself into a major fibromyalgia flare. Who knew, eh? Ughhhhh.

Haven't had the Sunday Scaries in a while, but we're meeting my MS team for the first time tomorrow and I am absolutely bricking it.

Had a short late night walk with H as it's much cooler and neither of us cope well in the warm. There's not a lot of light pollution where we live and the stars are out, so that was quite nice to see.

I was talking to my mum about the Cuban Missile Crisis a few months ago, she told me they genuinely thought nuclear war was on the cards. That is exactly how the last few weeks have felt.

Mr Quincy is not much of a cuddle fan and he is very much a Daddy's dog, but he fell asleep on my legs earlier. 💕

Came home from work to all my official paperwork stating my MS diagnosis and now I am super terrified again.

Mr Hamish Puppy came over for a hug and has now flopped down with his little furry head on my chest and gone to sleep. ❤️

Made it (masked up) to football with dad today! Too bad we lost 2-0. Although, all the bottom 5 lost so it made no difference to the table anyway!
