Not quite as many as last year, but I remain solidly in my 'obsessed with horror novels' era.

I had to de ice the car at noon, it is 0c and there is frost on the ground. Why are people walking their poor little, tiny dogs without any coats on?!

This is terribly sad.

I realise this is a very first world problem when half of the world is starving, but I am very annoyed. I get it delivered to save my energy to fight my pain condition. The subs include all the fresh food I have to cook for H, so now I have to find it elsewhere.

Crawley are at home tonight, but it is 3 degrees and I'll be going alone as dad isn't well, and currently Hamish and I are dozing in a nice warm bed and ohhhh it is an absolute mission to get myself to go, especially as we're only going to lose anyway.

Throwback to one of the first photos our breeder sent us of Hamish, he was about four weeks old here. Today is his birthday and he got a new squeaky teddy to celebrate. It hasn't been the best year for H, given his continued health issues, but he is loved more than ever. ❤️

Boxing Day morning sale shopping with mum, followed by Boxing Day afternoon at the football with dad. 🥰🥰

Had a lovely Christmas Day with my parents. The boys got so spoilt, too. Hamish got first dibs on the penguins. 🥰

H and I went for a walk. We saw a LOT of other dogs. If you have an anxious reactive dog, you'll know just how fun that walk was. 🤦‍♀️ We did walk past many houses that were cooking up something that smelled very nice, though. Including someone who was doing something with a shit ton of garlic.

My timid little H met some firemen and fire engines tonight, for only the second time ever (I am very grateful for our emergency services and we are now fine). I thought he'd be his usual reactive, anxious self, but he absolutely LOVED them and wanted to be friends! Such a funny little boy.
