I am very, very stressed and running at high pain levels at the moment and trying to do the week's shopping order and I cannot for the life of me think of anything I want to eat or will have the energy to make around all my commitments this week.

Mr Q is, touch wood, doing a lot better. He's still on medication, but he is eating and occasionally bringing toys to me and husband. Think there will be some investigations/scans in his near future, but Hamish's next big tests are next week so we're just taking it a day at a time with them both.

Today is #WorldMSDay. MS was first suggested as a vague possibility to me when I was ill in 2024. At this point I had no damage in my brain, so MS was not diagnosed and I was told it was statistically unlikely that I would develop it. Unfortunately, a diagnosis was confirmed in March this year. 1/

Trying to hold everything together at the moment and get things done, but sometimes I am so scared about what my future looks like with my MS.

My health conditions have long made me completely intolerant to heat, so I will mostly be spending the next few days in bed. I have done my British duty though and been out to buy quiche and salad, like most of my town it seemed.

My first forays into social media were ITV's football and F1 bulletin boards/forums, in about 2001. Then a BB board called something like F1 Network in 2002. Just yesterday I spoke with someone I met on there.
