Has anyone else noticed that American merchants handling cash are rounding up instead of up and down when it comes to the penny? In Canada, 1, 2, 8 and 9 cents are to 0, 3 4, 6 and 7 cents are rounded to 5. I have a photo from Del Taco saying that they will only round up. That's Wrong!
