Happy to share our new preprint doi.org/10.1101/2025... We present a protocol to generate Parasympathetic neurons from hiPSC. They express key parasympathetic/autonomic markers, #ephys features and respond to nicotine. They can also form functional connections with hiPSC-atrial cardiomyocytes.
