I just love it when a filament shatters in the printer. I had to disassemble most of the X1C and AMS to get it out, then force the tiny bit in the toolhead out at heat. One trip to Harbor Freight (2mm long fit allen wrench), one new build plate, and two hours later, we're printing again.
