People, amongst the UN entities that the US is withdrawing from is: The International Law Commission I don't know why, but that one seems particularly egregious.

International lawyers often equivocate or speak in uncertainties when discussing if a particular act breaches international law. The fact that leading international lawyers have said in unequivocal terms that the US invasion of Venezuela is illegal shows how egregiously bad the situation is now.

It’s an extraordinary worldview that can give one president immunity for criminal actions in his own jurisdiction while purporting to ‘legally’ bomb another country to abduct their head of state for alleged criminal actions. Imperialism is quite the drug.

European states/govs are not failing to condemn US actions in Venezuela because they love Trump, or are US 'vassals' or colonies. They are imperialist powers in an imperialist system! Whilst they DO align with the US, it's not like defending peripheral sovereignty is their imperative otherwise.
