Inktober sets completely unrealistic expectations regarding output. Making a complete inked drawing in one day EVERY day for a month is insane and a recipe for burnout. Don’t tie your worth to something that even professionals believe is unrealistic.

Weird, I was told all of Ontario banking, or something, was down when I tried to buy something they said they could only take Cash. I just happened to carry some on me as of late, Landry money mostly, but most were turned away. Starting to think our Cashless society has some flaws.

So ultrasound is over, I managed to survive the 24 of no dairy, somehow. Will know the results probably in a few days. So far the meds he gave me to take have been working so that is good. Now I need to each, take my meds that I needed to eat food with and then... maybe sleep. Was so stressed out.

Oh hell yes. I have family come up from the States and they never understand just how huge this city is. Just getting from the edge of the city to downtown can take over an hour depending. Still laugh at how so many think you can just park anywhere...

Honestly, the best way to make an artist’s day is by being very specific about what you like about a piece. Geek out a lil. Gush over how they use line, color, texture. Every mark is layed down by the artist, so if you can connect with those little moments, it helps the artist feel seen.

It appears that online is directly linked to my stomach issues. The reason I have come to this conclusion is because I was doing alright yesterday, even with going out in public. I woke up to take my night meds and checked online. Instant backflips. Hopefully the ultrasound will tell more.

I try for Friday at noon EST every other week. Reason is just how my brain works. Monday - Friday is worky stuff, since work is just my webcomics that means posting too. The every other week is just because my health has been all over recently. I want to get back to 1 a week again.

Doc wants to have ultrasound done on my stomach and, since I'm 50, a mammogram too... Fun fun... Looking at the requisitions the reason he gave right out says "Just turned 50" Well, is that my gift for living that long? Blah... He also gave me something to help calm down the nausea, here's hoping.

Going to see my doc about my stomach problems. It keeps making me feel nauseous ever since last month when I got rather sick. Not sure if it is something to do with that or just my anxiety going haywire but better get it checked. Got an appointment for this after noon so we'll see.

There are a bunch but the main ones are a School of the Arts and a Private school split by gender (blah) The Twins, Haru and Hanami, along with Yuuto go to the Private schools. All the others go to the school of the arts, where they can be more open about their gender expression.
