The Ultimates #20

I'm digging Jim Hammond as the Vision I thought his return to the past to plot against the Maker was brilliant. Loved seeing Howard the Duck, Doop, the Orb, Gatecrasher, Squirrel Girl, Hit-Monkey and Forbush Man freed together! Rhodey transforming Detroit into a giant mecha was awesome.

Psylocke: Ninja #1

#XSpoilers Love reading a Psylocke book featuring Betsy! Seeley is the perfect choice for a 90s untold story. The Hand want Elektra's body back and Kwannon is discarded by Matsu'o in favor of the more powerful Betsy because the Hand demanded. This displacement of the Outback X-Men was so damn crazy

I just realized the hair makes her pepe le pew here.

Rogue #1

A giant mutant armadillo attacks and during this chaos Rogue encounters a man in a wheelchair who stirs up old memories. Rogue remembers Sabretooth hurting him. However, from the flashbacks and her awful mother Mystique make it seem like Rogue did it when she wasn't able to control her powers.

What's a comic book costume you know is terrible but you love anyway? Nothing about Helspont makes any sense. Why the gold breast plate? What do those hoses actually do? Why tiger stripes on the arms? Why is his fucking head on fire? But he looks cool.

J2 #8. Lady Magneto has found Black Tom and J2 and Wilverine's daughter joins her to confront him. Turns out to really be a trap set by Matermind's daughter and Wolverine's bad guy son Sabrechild.

Daily X read. W.H.O. enlists the team to go on solo missions to take down a threat caused by a mad scientist who experimented with a piece of Galactus' herald Air Walker.

MC2 read. Scott and Cassie go inside Mainframe to save him. Others confront the portal's protector who unleashes Wonder Men upon them. Curse is revealed to be a Harkness and the guardian turns out to be Wanda.

J2 #9. Dying gangster gets body swapped with a gorilla using Doom tech found on the dark web. He goes after J2's mom at the high school. She knees him in the balls and J2 takes him down

MC2 read. May is now being trained by her dad and uncle, without the other one knowing. A new electic villain appears and she needs to be saved by Dark Devil but later redeems herself.
