This was one of my 1st X-Men comics I ever read but certainly not my last. This issue- if you've never read X-Men is a terrible entry point for a new reader as explains and connects to almost nothing and yet I was on board. So I dont wanna hear how impenetrable comics are.

My previous exposure to comics were a few Ninja Turtle, He-Mans. Batman, in particular was the toys and Adam West. But as a kid I distinctly remember seeing this page in SHADOW OF THE BAT 2 ane being like "Woah! Batman comics are kinda crazy." And instantly becoming lifelong, monthly Batman reader.

As much as I loved Nintendo 64- when you play any of these games today- the camera angles make them completely unenjoyable and needlessly frustrating.

It doesn't get brought up enough how during the pandemic- Jake Johnson left thousands of voicemails to kids as Spider-Man to let them know it was gonna be ok. My son will never forget that- and thats why he's the GOAT Spidey.💙🕷

The lowest rated episode of INVINCIBLE had Bruce Campbell as Satan and a big, fight in HELL with SLAYER playing in the background. The world doesn't deserve anything good.

I know it may be a little contrived, but I love the bones of this crossover and the ripples it had on the Marvel Universe at the time. When all was said and done, many characters and books were in a better place after really going off the rails.
