One assertion that I think is fair to make is that the precision of words matters. An Executive Order is different from a Presidential Memorandum. As I understand it, the transparency requirements are more significant with an EO. It is absolutely not appropriate to use those terms interchangeably.

Post-election, one of the strangest things to me is how normal life keeps pressing on. I'm still getting snack for my kids, helping parents and new college students with the FAFSA, and dealing with everyday emergencies like an unexpected flat tire.
