Heard a story about a striking Kaiser worker today who has to sell her plasma to make ends meet! This is the backward “pro-labor” state we live in that prohibits workers from accessing their Unemployment Benefits when they are forced to go on strike!

When experts comment on what happened this election cycle, I hope they spoke to real voters in swing areas.The conversations I had in California’s Central Valley, Inland Empire & Palmdale really informed my post election thoughts: many working folks just don’t believe either party cares about them.
