I've been debating all night. I should go to bed... ...but no. I think I -will- take a shot at "The Potential Cool Thing".

My history is a lot shorter. After seeing stuff in my high school and college years, but not really engaging, I created Calbar 2 years ago and only joined the fandom in December 2024. And I have felt so much more alive since. I got back into photography because of the fandom, and so much more.

You know the REALLY cool thing about all the history I've built up over my years in the fandom? ... It's that anyone here reading this has probably built up their own really cool/cooler history in the fandom. And you should share it, because otherwise your history is something only you have. <3

I can't believe I've been actively participating in the fandom for 14 years now... Well, it's actually been a tiny bit longer. More like 16. But Lee was created in March of 2012. That's when I really start counting.

Tonight's archive post is a blast from the past. It was the Halloween of '17. And I comm'd @tacorat.com for a sketchpage of a "new" form of Lee: Were-Lee. A version that was bigger, buffer, and gnarlier than his base form. His transformation triggered..by sweet confectionaries.

I also need more pics of Lee with the anime shiny glasses look. That tickles a very specific spot in my brain.

I say I don't have ideas this month. I've actually got a few. That I can't realize all of them has me paralyzed with indecision.
