UCEA’S 1.4% PAY OFFER IS SIMPLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH- HE INSTITUTIONS CAN AFFORD TO PAY MORE. With real inflation (RPI) still running high at over 4.6% (Aug 2025) there is no end in sight to the cost-of-living crisis. 1.4% is also a massive national pay cut.
