One of my favorite apps can listen to bird song and tell me which birds are singing. I love this app. Does it use AI? Probably. Do I care? No. It's funny how we don't refer to the functionality as "AI" when it successfully uses some sort of AI. We call it the weather, traffic, or bird songs app.

This is because we don’t use the right tools. Guessing you’re using Slack and sync meetings as your main communication channel. Remote teams thrive better when they use async comms which Slack just cannot facilitate without utter chaos.

Meetings are a terrible way to make decisions. You can’t refer back to a single source for them, they only live inside everyone’s memory. Yes you can record them but literally 0 people have watched a meeting recording back
