What do teachers do on inservice days? Well we listen to a lot of updates on policies then we spruce up our rooms and make sure they are welcoming and ready for our kids. This year i move to a full outdoor learning timetable so as a wee nod to science i used old tripods as plant stands

Well thats it. Holidays over. Its been a lovely summer for beach trips so I ended with Wild Ritual Saunas down at Dunure. Refreshed and ready for tomorrow ❤️

Lack of routine on holiday leaves my mind racing with the most random things. Last night, I spent 1.5 hours trying to find an old flame online.😆 not for any reason other than I wanted to know what they looked like now!!! Just nosey!!! Found their sister but not them. She looked the same!

Our wee Jelly Van had a date with a dude yesterday. He was very complimentary about her underside 👏🏻😁 and is going to send me a quote for the bodywork. All in all I was very pleased with the prognosis and hope we can work out a way to keep this wee birdie going for atleast another 10 years. ❤️❤️❤️

On holiday we met 3 lovely people. Mandy, Alan and Sib and their 2 dogs Nellie and Betty. I gave my number to Sib and she did call my phone. But it must not have connected and by the time I realised I'd not received the missed call to then have Sibs number we were miles away!

Does anyone else feel like the Easter holidays should have started already? A 12 week term so far with 1 day "half term" "holiday" has left me so done in, and I've still got next week to survive!!!

When "a friend" sends you a 25min voice note calling you a dick and admitting to NOT reading the message you sent them...said message contained an apology for something I'd done to upset them - and continues along the lines of this for around 5 more what's app messages. I've got irrational rage. At smalls Karate grading. Prior to grading we were all told very clearly only 1/2 guest per participant due to capacity of the hall. I've just worked out one of the kids has no less than 7 people here! I'm seething!

I'm creating a stumpery 😁 it's my idea to create little bug areas in my garden, extend and mirror my pond landscaping and cut down the shear amount of grass I have to mow. Hubs thinks I've gone mad 🤣 by putting a bamboo edge round it I'm convinced it will look like a proper garden "feature" 👍👌🤣

A rather early start for my usual Sunday but a sauna and a dip with other crazy lady's of a certain age was a lovely way to start. Off for a bacon roll and a coffee 👍

A day of two halves. Morning- dog poo in school garden and some 'minor' vandalism 😡 Afternoon - a team of DofE participants raised over £90 with a bake and craft sale 😁❤️ wish I'd not had to deal with the morning stuff but the afternoon stuff made my wee heart happy again.

2nd #DofE training session tonight. Navigation and route cards. Great session. I feel both energised and knackered....a way for me to gauge how it went...if I feel like this it went well 😁 #ADHD contradictions 🤪
