Exciting times - I now have a copy of my book!

This weekend, I finally managed to run 5km without stopping. I have lost 50% of my body weight. I can't tell you how far my body and mind have come. Still a way for my brain to come, and want to be strong but this is what resilience looks like.

We’re creating and hosting “Nothing to bring”, a podcast where we’ll share the things we love (from Dungeons & Dragons, Transformers, feathers, and fossils to the fascinating quirks of everyday life) and see how they connect to something much bigger: belonging, authenticity

Grateful to the The HCPC & Chief Exec of Kent Community Health for meeting with me to discuss learning & next steps after I was sexually assaulted by physiotherapist Bawa. I don’t feel brave, but this feels necessary. I’m hopeful for further investigation & legislative change,

This time last year my husband was in A&E after anaphylaxis reaction, so today it was my turn. Very good support from NHS and MRI shows nothing worrying, so will just moan a lot about the sciatica for next few weeks 🥰

A bit of my day in Kazakstan. My focus was on @bromcom.bsky.social work on days analysis & targeted support which I’m increasingly fascinated by. How we can analyse data to influence policies & strategies support children, to me, is most important thing.

Today whilst in a SEND DfE meeting representing PRUsAP, I was also trying to evict a squirrel from my house. After three hours, I was successful; I’m sure there is a metaphor of the squirrel being between books of hope and mindfulness

Today in Group C's Personal Development lesson they made the healthy wraps using the Eatwell guide for nutrition and balance. The group prepared all the food and even washed up after themselves learning vital life skills. #thisisAP
