2. The problem isn’t always felt by everyone. For example, those with residency in one EU country might not feel a problem with a 90 limit in all the other countries combined. Or they might be unknowingly exceeding the limit and it’s not detected because they live inside the Schengen zone.

8. So we’re lobbying the UK government to reopen negotiations with the EU to solve this problem and end the hassle. If they won’t rejoin the EU, or Single Market and if they won’t restore mutual Freedom of Movement of people, then we want them to talk with the EU to find new visa-free solutions.

7. Someone who travels a lot with work (for business meetings or to carry out a work activity that doesn’t need a visa eg lorry drivers), might find they can’t go on holiday with their family for 7 days to Greece. Or if they miscalculate and travel in error they could be stopped and fined.
