It is difficult to accept that Naresh Dadhich is no more. He was a teacher, a mentor and a friend. I first met him during the first IUCAA-NCRA summer school in June 1990. He was a very fine human being who used his position on behalf of those who did not have a voice.

Today on mental health day, I would like to highlight a source of stress that I see amongst young students. The University Grants Commission in India has permitted students to pursue two degrees at the same time. A number of students feel that they must do it or they will be left behind.

One more Einstein ring (arxiv.org/abs/2502.13788), with an additional lensed arc that allowed for a 5 sigma detection of an ultramassive black hole, placing the Cosmic Horseshoe 1.5 sigma above the black hole mass - stellar velocity dispersion relation.
