Need to post here more. Been finally been feeling good during and after the gym. Some of my clothes have been tighter as of recently.

Woo! I was able to work out without coughing up a storm. Time to get back into the swing of working out every day again.

Almost home, I can't wait to be home and actually workout at my gym again. It's been a week and I've been craving actually going and getting a proper workout.

Sadly don't have a gym nearby right now. But enjoyed working out with a run and basic pushups and the likes. Got to keep in habit of the gym.
