#MayWorldBuilders There are 17 languages in Dainu: one for each of the 15 people groups, one for the Kataloy (gods), and then the narrator's English. Some are inspired by real-world languages, but all are linguistically unique and complete- the perk of the author being a linguist and grammarian.

In Long Live the Queen, I'd say each character has a different theme. Dokiro's is that second guessing yourself leads to trouble. Ambea's is probably that the most timid ppl can make the bravest choices. Danola's is that even the best intentions can have terrible consequences.
