My right shoulder has been causing me significant pain for over a week now. Hell if I know what I did to it. I guess it's just the Old Age thing again. Heating pad, ice pack, and topical analgesic cream didn't help. I really don't want to make a doc appt for this. But I don't know what else to do. 😫

There was almost a city-wide block party last night for Halloween, starting from about 5 pm until after 10 pm. We didn't participate, of course; spouse recovering from his procedure (which went well) and me recovering from the stress. (Plus watching Game 6 of the World Series.) But wow what fun!
