I really need to get better at keeping contacts with old friends. For what it’s worth I don’t have friendship decay, people who I haven’t spoken to in a long time I still consider friends, life’s just been chaotic and I get very easily distracted when I do have spare time.

My grans 80th birthday is this weekend so have gone all out with one of the most technically challenging cakes I’ve made yet. So happy with how it turned out, that said I still need to improve my border piping skills.

Verified my age using the Yoti face scan option in KWS as I have previously used Yoti and know they delete scans as soon as they finish. Was surprisingly painless and looks like I can use the same email address to verify with any other sites using KWS, so not actually a bad system overall.

Age verification thing just hit for UK users. If you have multiple accounts, there's a trick to only doing the verification process once. - verify account A - log into account B - have the email sent to the same address as account A - click the link in the email - you have now verified account B

Today’s has been a difficult day for me. It’s my birthday, but this afternoon I received the news that my grandfather has passed away. I’ll be okay, but I’m gonna be quiet on social media to focus on my family for the time being.
