Last week I spent a morning volunteering with Tees Rivers Trust , helping with their oyster reintroduction project - aside from the oysters, lots of creatures had used the cages as living and hiding places. Here are just a few of them (all safely returned.) 🐡 #nature #marineLife

Moonshine and magic. The moon dips in and out behind a veil of cloud. And the sky, that great alchemist, turns the offering of the sun to molten copper, a thread of shimmering fire. The air cool, the tide a rumour, and we are held between the fading ghost of the moon and the cry of oystercatchers.
