"We never will use AI willingly" Now that you know the cover has AI content in it, you should stop the cooperation on it immediately and pull it from your program. If the 'author' is willing to have AI work on their cover there is no saying how they wrote the book.

Except that cover is AI, and the “artist” (speech marks very intentional) ran a course on AI art for writers which you can still watch on YouTube. Broken Binding might not be the publisher, but they will still sell this book to you for £25. By doing nothing they are supporting this nonsense.

I absolutely loved their murderbot special edition because it was made by real humans who put in a lot of hard work. It showed in the quality. This is a lazy, ugly AI cover. With this in mind I don't think I'll ever purchase from Broken Binding again.
