I have already heard Hungary's new government referred to as The New Management. I understand it wasn't a

Quick reminder that as this case is before the courts, anything you post could be considered as being in contempt or prejudicial. Follow in the PM’s example here and think very carefully when posting about this. When in doubt, say nothing. Post nothing. For the sake of justice and due process.

What the hell was that about? Albanese was on for less than 3 minutes, no new information, some vague motherhood guff, and I've seen more animation from a rock

Always weird how those who get well paid for contributing little to society except their opinions, think others like childcare workers should not get a decent wage.

SF promises strange new worlds. In
@clarkeaward.bsky.social
winner The Animals in that Country, the blurb is a classic 3-parter: protagonist, premise, perturb. 1) a foul-mouthed drunken granny; 2) who suddenly understand animals; 3) and hits the road with a bossy dingo to find her lost g-daughter.

The tater harvest is in. About 8 kg of Dutch Creams plus another 1kg that I bandicooted earlier. I put 1 kg of seed potatos in, so I'm pretty happy with that.

The national energy marketer seems alarmed by the (wonderful, world-leading!) fact that *4 million* Australian homes and businesses have rooftop solar. It’s time for the government to help all those homes and businesses afford the batteries they need to store their cheap, clean energy.
