I needed to look into tu-95's, so I had a closer look to ID the two that flew close to Japan a week ago. Turns out, Japan's JSO press release PDF had better images than their twitter. b/n 41, RF-94186 and b/n 60, RF-94202 Note an extra b/n in a blue circle on the tail. That wasn't there before.

One of the ru propagandist channel has posted a video, allegedly from this dead crew from summer 2024. Even though numbers were blurred, i could ID it as Ka-52M, b/n 44 Yellow, r/n RF-77634, c/n 35385001007 There's no guarantee it was the one destroyed in Oct 2025, though.
