Congrats to CTA's slowest bus of month in July, the 81 which managed to travel at just 8 mph across all runs. Its slowest run was at just 2.6mph at 9am on 7/24. Even at 2am it averages only 12.8mph. It's overall slowest hour is 3pm where it goes 6.8mph.
