April 6 was World Physical Activity Day! The WHO recommends that children and youth get at least 60 minutes of MVPA daily. According to the Global Matrix 4.0, the average grade for Overall Physical Activity across 57 participating countries is a D (27-33%). Let’s work together to raise that grade!
